Can you lose muscle at will?

I saw Christian Bale in The Machinist, and he's freaking skinny as hell. How did he lose all that muscle? He's normally pretty muscular, at least in Batman and American Psycho.

I wouldn't mind losing some muscle, my pecs are naturally just bigger proportionately, than the rest of my muscles. So now I work out everything but chest to try and balance everythign out.

I have the iAudio x5 too, how do you like it? I got the extended battery version, but it's feeling clunky compared to the nanos and shuffles.

It's all rightl. I like the sound quality. My only complaint is the joystick feels stiff, almost as if it were jammed. I'm just upset that I scratched it and chipped the paint off. 🙁 I don't know how the hell that happened though, seeing how the damn thing is practically scratch proof. It's taken worse hits than that without getting damaged.
