Can you install your PSU upside down?

Ppl do. Most of the time it's to put the wiring on a more desirable side of the case.

If your's has a 120 fan on the bottom, I would not put it toward the top of the case, I'd
leave it pointing down.

Thats kinda why I'm wondering the PSU i'm looking at has the fan on the top which does no good on my case. I'd want to install it upside down so the fan intake is on the bottom where it can breathe. So it should be ok to do it this way?

either the psu was upside down for the pic or that psu is not worth buying
 
Isn't upside down really right side up? Because on my psu and the one that was in my case the stickers and all that were upside down and that made the plug on the outside right side up.

When there is more than one fan in a psu, the INTAKE fan faces the inside of the case, not the top. If you "THINK" the fan is "on top" just because it is photographed that way, you aren't being at all logical and reasonable in your thought processes.
