Can you install current games on Vista 64-bit?

Vista is scheduled to launch in a few months. Without a doubt the 64-bit version will be favoured by enthusiasts. My question is; will the Kernel Patch Protection feature of Vista 64-bit prevent the installation of current games which contains rootkits (e.g. Securom, Starforce)?

Nobody worried about the fact that 99% of current games will be incompatible with Vista 64-bit?
