Omegachi came closest by mentioning photoshop, obviously it's a photoshop job. A pretty crappy one done by me I might add. 😀

I have no idea what it's supposed to be, either. Just thought I'd entertain myself by seeing what you all thought it was. 🙂 looks kinda like a weird flower thing.

What is it?

IT looks like some streetlight or something photographed through a window with water running down it. Either that or IT is a motorized electric scooter destined to change the way we commute.
