Can you identify this music video?

I'm sure lots of you will know it. It's pretty much a techno piece. The video is simply a young girl in an empty room performing Martial Arts patterns. I really like the video and want to find a copy.

I think it was instrumental. To be honest i was blown away by the video, but the song was secondary.

Where did you see it? on TV ,Cable?Need more info to search for it.

I saw it on the local music channel (Juice TV, New Zealand). I have emailed them, but no response so far. At a guess i would say the video was english (but i could well be wrong)
