Some special landmarks there, but I've never seen it before. The page loaded pretty fast for me.

Is it just me or do some of those pics look fake???

The one in question the most to me is the 8th one down, I can't link cause I'm on a Mac and am not too into the OS yet to figure out how to get to image properties, but its the one with the purple building to the left. It just looks really animated to me.

they look professionally done im guessing either a Mamiya 645 with a $20,000 digital back (22mp) or 645 shooting film, looks like velva

The time exposure shots are very well done & the pics could be taken with a medium format camera. However, IMHO it is not done with a medium format camera, because the center of the images are tack sharp and the edges are quite soft, hitting that the image was taken with an average tele zoom lens. The Mamiya 645 55-110mm f/4.5 or 105-210mm f/4.5 are ULD (Ultra Low Distortion) glass, therefore there shouldn?t be ghosting from barrel distortion (see image 11 & 16). It could even be taken with a point & shoot, but not too many p&s have a long time exposure feature. My feeling is that it is taken with an SLR digital or film with telephoto zoom close down to f/11 or f/16 hence the 8 star shape distortions of bright spots/lights from the aperture ring.

yea i think you are right, looking at them more closley now, i just guessed that cause thats kinda the standard for pro stuff like this

pro pr not this person has some serious skill with a camera, and some nice equip, a nice SLR or DSLR with a nice tele zoom70-300 range
