The easiest way to do it is to use the RCA input jacks on the back of a TV Tuner card. Around $60 for a decent card. The ATI TV Wonder works for me.

Not sure if he's satisfied with that, but I'm not. One of the main reasons for running VGA on the Dreamcast was increased resolution and detail. TV Tuner cards usually loose a bit of quality compared to a standard TV (I've got a TV Wonder myself and it sure doesn't hold a candle to either my Sony Trintron 27" or RCA 32&quot.

Nope not specifically for the PS2 like Dreamcast has. But there are adapters to make any video source use a monitor.
