While I don't use a P4, I do have experience with Asus boards, and if the P4T is like other Asus boards, you won't go wrong with this one. You'll find Asus highly reliable well designed and stable. Good luck to you!

Another vote for Asus boards, they seem to be the most stable and flexable with MSI coming in a close 2nd.
