I remember seeing a website that someone (not fred I think setup) which would allow you to input a url then have you view it even if it was blocked. I have been searching for 30 minutes and I just cant find the thread someone posted it in.

thank you in advance.

You all know if you get caught doing stupid things like this you can get in a lot of trouble. Getting internet privledges (yes, not rights) taken away is the least of your worries. "Hacking" is a serious crime and in some areas you can get life for it.

but how is that hacking? we're not altering anything to get in...

heck, in the librairy where the x86 machines have some sort of index card service for book lookups, that program is locked on the desktop (can't be minimized, exited w/o a password), but you can simply press "windows + m" to minimize it, gain access to control panel, change the admin, play games, etc

Circumventing security measures is considered "hacking." To root a linux box or an unupdated OpenBSD machine, or an IIS server that still doesnt have the Code Red patches applied, I dont have to change anything, just utilize what the admin left on the system for me.

Figure out one of your problems with the site Ralli linked to? That one is pretty simple 🙂
