I am on my work computer that was recently just upgraded to windows 7 and now have this icon (shown below in link) everytime we use the touch screen to input an item. Has anyone encountered this before? (I'm sure it has something to do with the touch screen since it does not flash said symbol when using mouse/keyboard)

Thanks in advance for the help.

The symbol is the little keyboard in the top center of the screen. (obviously)

It tells the user to use a keyboard to enter data in a box under the icon. I would guess that if you tap it, a touch keyboard will appear on screen.

Okay got that. Now how would I disable that icon from ever popping up? Thats all I really need to know.

Never mind I got it. Thanks man.

If I did want to reopen the dialogue window how would I get to it again since it is no longer popping up?

It should be in the settings for that particular piece of software.
