So, I work from home on my computer, but I also game, surf the web, etc on the same computer. During work, I'd like to turn down the brightness, contrast, etc on the screens so I don't put a ton of strain on my eyes. Off work, I want it to be the typical vibrant colors it is now for games and such. I have Windows 10 and Nvidia for my graphics card. Is there any way to set up two different monitor setting profiles to switch between for when I work and don't work, or do I have to do it manually?

Before anyone suggests it, I have tried turning the night light on today to try that out. It helps, but it also mellows my brain out a bit too much, lol

You could mess around with adjusting Night Light settings (as you note you are trying). You can have it turn on and off at certain times, and adjust its strength. Its main purpose is to get rid of harsh whites and blue light.

I also suggest using dark mode for everything. It makes a big difference. I even run a browser plugin (stylus) to change the theme of common webApps that I use, but don't support dark mode (Like Jira).

I am not sure what monitors you have, but mine have the ability to have different presets. So I can switch back and forth between them, as I also work from home, so its good to be able to switch from "work mode" to "casual mode".

Thanks for the feedback. My monitors do have different presets, but I like them customized for my gaming. I think I'll just try to work with the night light for now. And yes, I do use dark mode for everything possible :)
