Can you get Vid cards for slim cases?

I just put together a new system, but was a bit shocked when I got my slim, mATX case and it wouldn't fit a standard video card (or any std PCI rack mounts). In retrospect I could have foreseen this, but now I have a dilemma: do I get a new case, or a new video card?

Does anybody know where I can buy video cards with a rack mount that's only half height? The bays are something around 3" tall and standard width.

Any help would go a long way!

Thanks,

"low profile" and "half height" video cards are available if you don't need a gaming card.

Sometimes you can buy a regular card and just replace or cut down the metal bracket. Directron.com and others sell half-height brackets.

Yes, the magic spell is "Low Profile bracket included". PowerColor brand cards used to have that - of course they have to be low profile cards to begin with.

I have such an LP case machine too, and also went d'oh! first. But after hunting around a bit, I found everything it needed - even wireless and TV cards (both from MSI).
