Can you get unemployment if you quit?

yes if you quit with just cause

i quit and got unemployment one time they wanted me to work at another store that was 50 min drive away but refused to pay me anymore money

so i quit and got unemployment

That's different. If you originally informed them that you weren't willing to relocate or travel, they basically forced you out of a job. That makes you eligible for unemployment even though you chose not to relocate or travel.
 
Check with your state's labor laws. They usually clearly outline the circumstances under which you are eligible for unemployment.

Definitely. Also, it varies from state to state depending upon the length of time you were employed.

Of course, then there are Right-To-Work states in which you can be fired without cause during a probationary period.
