Can you get pubic hair cut in public?

I was just thinking, if you walked into Great Clips, pulled down your pants and said "A little off the tops, and trim the sides", would they do it? There isn't any signs that say "haircuts are limited to hair on your head" and, if the genital area is concealed, it isn't indecent.
