Can you get delivery confirmation on a letter going to a P.O. Box?

I'm sending in a $10 rebate and the address is a P.O. Box.

Personally, I don't care if it cost me $10 to get the reabte, I just want to make sure they pay and can't say "we never got your rebate, it must have been lost in the mail".

So is it possible to get delivery confirmation on a letter going to a P.O. Box?
