I was wondering if I can use speedfan or something to push my fan to go faster then 700RPM. It's connected into the 4-pin motherboard header labeled Sys_Fan2.

Woh! Looks like the max RPM for the Intel stock fan is 5100RPM. That's scary!

GA-P35-DS3L. I think there's something wrong with that SYS_FAN2 header because it reduced my other 120mm fan to 30% of normal speed when I plugged it in. I plugged the old 700RPM fan into the PWR_FAN and now it spins at about 2000RPM.
Temps have gone down about 6C on my graphics card (which this is cooling)

It's... right below the RAM slots. It's the only 4-pin header besides the CPU_FAN (might explain something)

Sorry, I have some molex adapters around, I can use those. (I managed to bend the pins in one... wow.)
Unrelated question: My PSU has something like a fan connector... Is it a fan connector to control the speed?
