Can you find out if someone using your internet?

Today I had only my labtop on and had a message box appear that said there is an IP conflict on your network. And I had the only computer on at the time. I have a wireless system set up in my apartment and I think that it is my next door neighbor. She has mentioned that she doesn't have internet. So does anyone know how I check who is connected to my network? Is there a login script? Any suggestions would be great. Sucks that she is getting free net while i pay every month!!! HELP!!!!!

Do you have your wireless router locked down? You should be able to login into it and see what is connected to it.

I found the log files and it seems that right now my IP is the only active one. What did you mean by "Do you have your wireless router locked down?"

Also, how do you enable the WEP?
