Can you find a definite integral in excel?

I want to find the integral of line generated by a set of data, is there any simple way to do this?

you could curve fit the line, have it give you the forumula of the curvefit and then manually compute the definite integral by hand.

I jsut took an average of the data points and found the area of a rectangle, it should be accurate enough for what I'm doing.

All my data points are spaced equally along the x axis, so that should work fine.
