Can you finally stop keyboard focus stealing in Windows 10?

This is the one thing thing about Windows that drives me up the wall more than anything else. Applications should never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever automatically steal keyboard focus, like when they have a pop up window notification. If someone for some reason wants this bizarre behavior, fine, have a way to turn it off and on then. Accidentally typing passwords in cleartext, hitting enter while writing right when a dialog box comes up making me hit "OK" for something I didn't even have time to read... Oh man it is the most retarded design decision that I can't find any way to turn off. Did Windows 10 FINALLY fix this asinine behavior?

If you multitask a lot, this happens daily. I would wholeheartedly upgrade to 10 in a heartbeat if this were a feature.
