Can you EVER recover from this relationship "blunder"?

I called a friend of mine from my soccer club Thursday to see if he wanted to meet me at a local bar to watch the Manchester United - Juventus match. He called me back a little while later and said he couldn't go out because he was in the doghouse and had to lay low for a few days. His story follows, but I want to know if this guy will ever have a normal relationship with his girlfriend again.

You decide...

The night before, he had gone out on the piss after work and had blown off his girlfriend with whom he had plans to meet up with later on in the evening. He came home at 1:00am to find her waiting up and fuming. They had a few words but the conversation ended and he went to his office to surf the net in his drunken stupor...

About an hour later, she went to the office to get him to go to bed and found him sitting at the desk passed out...

with a can of dip on the desk...

and his pants around his ankles...

and a porn site on the monitor...

To be honest, I am worried for this guy, as I am not sure this is the kind of thing a girlfriend / prospective fiance could ever let drop...

Obviously he was waiting for her to come join the party but she just took too long he fell asleep.

It's all the hussy's fault. If she'd have welcomed him home from a difficult night out on the town with open legs, it wouldn't have come to that.

This guy's relationship is in trouble because he was whacking off to a porn site?

No - more of a matter of blowing off his live-in girlfriend because he got too wasted, coming home and being a little belligerent, and blowing her off again while she was in the next room to rub out a batch to a porn site and then passing out so that she has to be a party to the clean up...

Sounds more like this guy really doesn't give a sh!t about his gf anyways. Problems are ignorable to a certain extent, then something like this happens that is so in-your-face that the gf is bound to break up with him. The straw that breaks the camel's back, if you will.

shrug...my g/f knows i wack it. She doesnt care as long as she gets hers when she needs it (which is often enough that i dont have to wack it that much)
