can you email a poll?

I'm trying to email a poll in HTML format so people can click their choice and click submit inside the email and it will post somewhere. I've looked for this in some free poll websites but can't find anything... you guys ever seen this?
 
It would be possible, if the HTML in the email linked back to a page on your webserver.

Ive seen this from Netflix. They sent me an email asking when I received a certain movie, and I clicked my choice of button depending on the day it came.
