Anyone done this before?

Im working in Japan, and I have found an awsome deal on an X31 laptop. Now I can work fine using an english OS on a Japanese keyboard, but if i can find an english keyboard replacement part for the x31 itd make life easier.

anyone done this? shouldnt be too hard i dont think.
