I have a macbook (core duo, not core 2 duo with Tiger) that I'd like to turn into a media server of sorts, installing tversity at a minimum. I'm trying to find an install iso of bootcamp but can't seem to find it anywhere.

I heard bootcamp is no longer supported under Tiger - is that true?

I have 2 leopard systems and they dual boot perfectly.. hmm.

Boot Camp was only in beta in Tiger, so once Leopard came out the ended the beta, so no more Boot Camp for Tiger.

Is there a hack out there?

Or the slightly evil question - can I install an osx86 "hackintosh" leopard iso on a real mac?

This is an old laptop (I have a new macbook pro and a new iMac) so I don't really want to invest more money into upgrading the OS, just to boot into XP. Seems silly.

I don't think that you can use a hackintosh ISO on a real mac. But if you are already willing to do that... then why not modify the idea a little?

I've read that if you set the date back to 2005/2006 on your Tiger machine, you can still run BootCamp 1.4 Beta. My only current Mac is running 10.5, so I am unable to verify this.
