I'm trying to do handstand pushups.. I think I'm a little below this girl 's level now, but I'm improving - I still have to use a wall and I can barely get one. Can anyone offer tips?

EDIT : I know she's not doing it the proper way (and dont care either). But you can find your way through related videos like this one

Good lord, no.

I've done just one pull-up in my life, and for whatever reason, my abs were in terrible pain for a few days after it.

I don't even want to think how my elbows would feel after attempting a pushup like in that video.
Ow.

I started doing them a few months ago, but usually I end up kicking off the wall or having a blood rush before my shoulders or arms tire. =/

Haha... unfit FTL.

Hmm, I am quite fit and lighht...I overhead press 100 lb, weigh 150. So I probably can do them, especially when I get closer to 150 lb OHP.

Nice body on the chick in the OP video, but that's not a hand stand push up. That's like girls doing push up on their knees.

Yes. I used to do this in class in high school for entertainment while the teacher step out of the classroom. I've never seen anybody else do this.

Did I mention I can do 54 face to knee sit ups in a minute? I also ran sub 5 min mile. And about 20 pull ups. But I'm real light weight, so I didn't have much to lift.

I can do several with my feet on a wall, but am trying to learn to do them properly for Crossfit. You can see a decent handstand progression here. BTW, this probably belongs in Health & Fitness.

About two months ago I couldn't do a full push-up. Now after getting some occasional exercise in, I can do about 20.

Googling those names.......

Well.......almost. The pic at Wikipedia for Eric Forman is actually about how I looked in elementary school.
Similar shirt, similar hair. Go figure.

I mean, "Heeeeeyyy, that's not nice!!!"

I'm hoping for genetic engineering to do away with that damn gene that causes muscles to atrophy from lack of use.
That, or android bodies, so we can finally ditch these primitive organ sacks. :p
Maybe someone in the distant future will be kind enough to come back in time and resurrect me so that I can see said future.
That's my workout plan.
