Can you do at least 50 full push ups?

Since Intogamer can barely do 10 :laugh:

:laugh::beer:

For 50 pushups, let's say you have a minute or two to complete the task.

Yes, I can do it. If I work up to it, I can do close to 90, but right now I could probably do just about 50.

Not in 60 seconds I can't.

What about 2 minutes?

No, I suck and am out of shape. I just tried it, I did 29 in slightly over a minute, but then my arms pretty much stopped working. I need to join a gym or something.

A big thing with push-ups is training your muscles to do the exercise.

Another example of this is swimming. I've known plenty of people that can run several miles pretty easily, but if they only swim occasionally, they're horrible at swimming for extended periods of time.

I think its the fact I do bench press often which is why I'm able to do so many 🙂

Nah, your maximum strength has little to do with how many push-ups you can do, unless you lift to build endurance... like doing reps of 20+ or something. My bench is pretty good for my weight and I can barely do the 50. Granted someone that does lift will do more than someone who doesn't do ANY kind of exercise. But it'd be easy for someone that never benches to out rep someone that does they trained specifically for push-ups.

lol... I only rep 135 lbs 🙁... My max lowered due to me switching over to endurance.
