Using Nero 7 can you directly diskcopy a R- DVD to R+ DVD?

Sure...the discs formats don't restrict you in that respect.

There is a slight difference in size though - shouldn't really matter unless the disc is absolutely full (Disclaimer: off the top of my head, I don't remember which is bigger)
