Can you copy someone's reminders from outlook?

Is there any way to do this? We use exchange and the calendar is there but we want the new person to "inherit" the reminders of the person leaving.

reminder, as in, items in the task list...or reminders on meetings/appointments? I think you can 'forward' both of those....right click> forward

hrm, i'm talking about reminders as in they pop up cuz they are on the calendar... this isn't a personal calendar though, it's a public folder calendar. So, I need everything on that calendar to be a reminder set to pop up 24 hours in advance for this new person. when the old person put something new on the calender she would check the "set a reminder for this event" option.
