Can you copy a partition from one hard drive to another with Drive Image?

I have Power Quest Drive Image 4 (Well DI Pro 4 actually).

I have a 30Gig 75GXP and I love it so much I've decided to get a 45Gig as well.

Right now my main boot partition is on the 30Gig, but I want to make my main boot partition be on the 45gig instead. Can I use DI to just copy the partition over so I don't have to re-install windows?

I should have no problem figuring it out, it's just that I'm at work and it's at home, and I want to stop by and pick up the new drive on my way home, so I couldn't check it out myself.
