I don't want to waste time on it (this computer even LOADS WEB SITES slowly.... :frown, so google for "1and1 support forums" and check that place out. anonymous posting and such allowed - it's nice, but you might have to wait a day or so for a response, as its a support forum, after all.

ack, there's a lag between when I hit the key and when the letter appears. hence the lack of my using the shift key.

I can't link to it, because it's session based from your admin panel. Log in to your admin panel, check the FAQ and help stuff first, then if you still can't find it click on Help & Contact, then technical questions, then any of the topics, and there will be a contact link at the bottom of the page.
