The C-Walk is a dance done by a gang called the crips. I really hope you don't be tryint to do this dance in front of them if you aint crip as they do get annoyed.

Yes, I can and do do it. One thing to keep in mind is that the "C" stands for "Crip". You know, that gang that wears a lot of blue. But whatever -- no Crips hang out at my club.
The C-walk is kind of tough to pick up, but once you have it down, it's easy. It took me some work to get the strut of it down.
My friend Chris has a freestyle that he does to Afronova doubles based around the Crip walk. It looks phenomenal. Really, really smooth. You can't tell which way his feet are going to go. I'll get a video of it one day.
I can do that, too.
