Can you buy large fuses at say, a hardware store?

I just got my new AEG airsoft gun (Classic Army M4A1) monday and yesterday it seems I blew the fuse. The gun stopped firing, then didn't make any noise when I moved the trigger...so I recharged the battery and it still didn't work, so I looked in the fuse box/tube/container thingie and there is a bit of charred glass on the inside the the metal in it is blown apart...

So it looks like I need a new one.

It's about an inch long and aprox. 5mm around...think I can find this at Ace/Sears/maybe Radioshack?

Radioshack should have it. Best Buy might even sell them since your description sounds like the inline fuse used for an amp power wire.

Take the old fuse with you to Radio Shack and you should be able to find a replacement.

That is a standard glass fuse. most hardware stores with an automotice dept will carry them.

Yeah, it goes from my mini 8.4 volt, 600maH battery into the motor/mechbox inside the gun.

Assmunches like you make my "game" pointless...It's directed towards people who actually REMEMBER the lyrics, and I try to get as many different genres in there to make sure at any point and time, there will be many people who would know it WITHOUT google. :|
