Can you buy a stand-alone Outlook application?

Is it possible to buy individual licenses for a stand alone copy of Outlook 2003 or do I need to buy the entire office suite to get it? I'm interested in upgrading or fresh installing around 20 copies.

If so, a link to a reasonable reseller would be greatly appreciated.

If you buy a PocketPC PDA, in addition to ActiveSync, they throw in a copy of Outlook XP IIRC - their version of the Palm Desktop PIM app.

It looks like the retail version of outlook 2003 by itself is $109.
