Can you build an image file with Nero?

If you can, how? I know you can with CDRWIN, but i like Nero better.

At work now and can't remember the exact menu item, but you can change the output device from your burner to image file. It's not a true ISO, but rather a .NGI(?) file that Nero can then burn.
