Can you build a normal PC around an Apple G3 case ?

I found an Apple G3 case on ebay and was wondering if you can you build a normal PC around an Apple G3 case ?

Has anyone done this ?

Hey did you just pick that blue and white case up off of ebay? I was bidding on it myself went all the way to 63 but decided that would be alittle much lol. Anyways if so best of luck.
