Can you bring wine in a carry-on on an airplane?

The packing requirements are per airline, though! I know Southwest requires a container for the glass bottle, United and Spirit do not require it.

yes. we brought several bottles back on different occasions. no one flinched when they went through the xray machines.

Heh. Coming back from the Caribbean people were bringing back CASES of carry-on booze. Can't turn down $5 bottles of rum. :D We brought like 6 bottles back ourselves.

Wine wouldn't be any different.

No kidding, I took so much sh!t from my wife about the 100lbs of booze I brought back from St. Thomas.

I had a little shoved in every bag we had.
