Can you boil boneless, skinless chicken breasts?

boil with one table spoon ginger garlic paste. When meat tender, drain all but half a cup full of water
add two table spoons of oil. stir fry for a few minutes.
eat.

Of course you can... just make a sauce to go with it. Heck, even a store bought bottle of alfredo sauce would go fine with it if you're lazy.

or just buy chicken parts, boil it and throw in some egg noodles. dont' forget the celery/onion/carrots/butter though.
mmm...I made chicken stew with egg noodles last night! I use half stock/half cream of mushroom though. Oh and some fresh sliced mushrooms in there as well. And I sear the thighs and breasts in a pan with salt and pepper before stewing.

its already been mentioned but...do a search on piccata. Its an easy way to make a great tasting meal with chicken, although I prefer veal or turkey.

alton brown was on tonight going over flattened meats and made me think of it.
 
can you boil them?....let me ask you this...can you drink your own urine? Well the answer to both is yes, but you really wouldn't want to do either one on a regular basis!
