Infatuation (feelings that appear to be exactly like love, so close that you think it is love): yes.
Real love (hard work to make one relationship work): no, there isn't enough time in the day to devote that amount of work to multiple people.

http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Robert_A._HeinleinThe more you love, the more you can love ? and the more intensely you love. Nor is there any limit on how many you can love. If a person had time enough, he could love all of that majority who are decent and just.

I've never personally been in a situation where I felt I really loved two women at the same time but I do think it'd be possible.
