Money talks d00d. Shell out about $1500 and you have your xenon metal halide lamps on your way.

I'm sure you can get poor quality stuff for that much. Who offers high tolerance retrofit lenses and Osram-Sylvania quality lamps+ballasts combo for $500?

By the way, I included installtion fee in my figures.

example?..i'll ask my friend where he picked his up..

you don't have to pay for installation unless you can't tie your shoes.

I wonder how many adjustments would have to be made to the headlight units in order to fit the xenon lights in.

With the way eBay works, a few people bids intially, then people rushes in at last minute to bid, so your link is invalid as a quote. You have to wait until the auction is completed.

generic stuff on eBay(completed)

Simply shoving it into current headlight assembly doesn't cut it as proper retrofitting. Filament geometries are measured in tenth of milimeters with regular halogen lamps so beam won't be misaligned. You'll need a headlight assembly specifically designed for specific type of HID lamp.

Easy to install kit gives you real HID that looks like HID, albeit not likely to have the proper alignments and illumination pattern seen on factory installed HID's.
