Can you actually compare PC133 to PC2100??

my stupid friend just said 200 megs of DDR ram is faster then 1000 megs of SDRAM..now i am sure that this isnt true.
can you compare the 2?
what is 256 ddr pc2100 equivilant to in pc133.

faster? that is doubtful, since the bandwidth doesn't increase with more RAM. maybe he means they have equal performance...
