Can you access an ING account from an ATM?

Is there anyway of going about doing this? Or does literally every transaction have to be done online (no bank card)...?

It gets better! You're bank usually charges you another fee for using a different banks ATM, so it usually costs $5 or so to pull money out of an ATM that isnt from your bank.

With Wells Fargo, it's 2$.

No. In the UK I go to 90% of ATM's and draw out money, and that's all the money that moves. I don't get charged then, and my bank doesn't charge me later for using someone elses machine. :p
It was a serious question.
There are some fee charging machines in the UK though, but they are not affiliated with a bank AFAIK.

Actually...most banks charge just for entering your pin (unless you are just checking balance)

ING Direct is a savings account. Very few "savings" accounts allow ATM access and if they do, it is higher fees and limited to only ~5 a month.
