Can ya help me with my cooling?

I just made up a hard drive cooler out of a blank 5.25 face plate and the fan off a chip cooler. The fan only has two bare wires though, and not a plug. What wires do i splice these into (it needs to be 12V) in order to make the fan turn when i turn the computer on?
