Can Xeon overclock?

If i overclock a 3.06 Xeon, what high can it go?
What is the performance versus P4?

the only xeon's that can overclock are the older 400fsb's, you can lower the multiplier and up them to 533.

Why would you want to overclock a XEON? Just about all XEON boards have no overclocking capabilities whatsoever. Certainly where most XEONs are purchased by businesses, no one wants to compromise stability (and probably their job) by overclocking a XEON.

Sure they can. You can use an Iwill DP400 if you change the DCRGs. The advantage is peppy PCI slots for your 15,000 RPM SCSI array.

Otherwise your best bet is the DPI533 but the PCI slots leave something to be desired.
