Can Xeon overclock?

the only xeon's that can overclock are the older 400fsb's, you can lower the multiplier and up them to 533.
 
Why would you want to overclock a XEON? Just about all XEON boards have no overclocking capabilities whatsoever. Certainly where most XEONs are purchased by businesses, no one wants to compromise stability (and probably their job) by overclocking a XEON.
