Can Windows 10 swipe between running full-screen applications with gesture?

In OSX I can have youtube video playing in Safari, final cut pro playing back another 1080p video, calendar loaded, photo app loaded in full screen mode, all at the same time and use a swipe gesture (3 fingers?) to move between full screen apps smoothly, even while video is playing full-screen.

When I tried something similar on a Windows laptop, when I switch back to Youtube and had a 1080p video playing earlier in full-screen on Internet Explorer (or was it Edge?), when I swiped back to the Windows partition the Youtube video was playing in windowed mode.

Is there any way to make that video playback thru IE/Edge stay in full-screen mode after swiping away and swiping back to it? Or is this only possible on Mac OS X? :(

Not possible to keep full-screen ("exclusive") apps running that way, when you (effectively) ALT+TAB through open programs.

It is possible, but will depend on the app.

I don't have my laptop with me to try the touchpad gesture, but I can alt-tab away from a fullscreen youtube video playing in the myTube! app then go back and it stays fullscreen. It doesn't work when playing fullscreen from edge.

works in Firefox playing youtube, not sure why Edge doesn't do it.

Also works with the Photos app.
