Can Win2K Server run on PC with sound/vid on MB?

Hi, I'd like to set up a Windows2000 Server. I saw Buy.com's Deal of the Day at:

Can Win2000 server run on this type of computer that has sound and video on the mainboard? I realize I will need to add more RAM - its cheap and not a problem. I just want to make sure this can run server before I go and buy this thing.

Any other problems you see with this machine?

yes... my crazy brother is running win2k ADV server with a POS compraq which has onboard video& sound with 96 mb of ram.
Why he does it? i don`t know
