Can we use Modbin to enable 1/5 divider IN BIOS in epox 87ka+?

I used modbin to enable ACPI to show up in the bios of my KG7, now to disable it, I can do it in the bios. Just wondering if we can use this same approach to enable the 1/5 divider in 8k7a+?
