You check in at a hotel, you turn on the hot water... oops, no water because the persons next door are using it.

Quit making excuse for these pathetic a-holes monopolizing biotches. Just because they bury something in your contract doesn't make it right, in other words quit bending over and taking it. How about get them to upgrade their freaking infrastructure so that EVERYBODY is guaranteed hot water? Something that we should EXPECT to get because we paid for it? Have you ever checked in to a hotel where there's no hot water?]

Like I said before, if they want to limit my usage, make it understood at time of purchase, or put that in the advertisement.
