Yep,

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), an agency operating with government money, is considering a $125 million loan for a Bolivian gas pipeline expansion that Enron is pursing through a group called Transredes.

Unfortunately, we are in a budget crunch. I suppose this is all of our money that the government can spare.

Edit: Yes, this is after the bankruptcy, the depositions, etc.
