Can we say Soyo tech support blows...

Never buy soyo. The boards are nice, the support is terrible. So far after 4 emails over the last 3 weeks I have had no response. They don't have a phone number, only an email address that no one attends to. What a bunch of bullsh*t. Not much else to say, just warning anyone that thinks of buying soyo. It's a great board, but now when I don't even have trouble, just a question, they don't respond. Hope my rant/tip helps prospective soyo buyers. Asus forever...

Hey dude, I had to return 3 mobo for resistor soldering and they wanted me to pay 15buck shipping/each... I gave the crap away.

I have rma back boards directly to Soyo USA and never had to pay any shipping fee. Just the shipping to get it to the repair facility in Fremont CA. Soyo tech support can be helpful if you call them. They will also try to call you if you leave them a email with your phone number and best contact time but I have also found them lacking in email correspondance.

Thats what I did, they put BTW, send 15 bucks for shipping, so I was like, crap doo doo, better off buying a real motherboard not something that's missing resistors and stuff
