He has CompUSA in the title. Yes he should have linked, but he didn't. His sig has the deal site. 😛
 
So they should have to link? I agree with no referrals. Hard to control and while good the Mods can't be everywhere. PMing them would be faster, but I don't know how they would confirm it either unless blatently obvious.
