Can we get a feature that lets us know if the threads we posted in (listed in My Forums) get new replies?

Or maybe I'm blind and there is such a feature that I haven't seen?

EDIT: Wait, is it the envelope thing?

Actually, the envelopes are supposed to show when new posts have been made to a topic. So if you are looking in your last twenty, it should be what you are looking for.
Not sure if it actually works though.

All the envelopes in mine were all orange. What I do is I just look at the replies in my forums. Then when I log back in, if it has more replies, then I know it has new replies. lol. works for me. :p

Are you talking about what is called a subscription?

Select which threads you wish to monitor.
You get a PM and/or e-mail when a new post is made.

Well, something like that, but I don't want to get a PM or email. I just want to be able to check visually on the My Forums page if the threads have gotten any new replies.

Either subscription (active notification by thread) or what Lucifer described (passive notification - by Forum) seems to be your options

I get enough emails as it is. I just want to be able to check instantly without having to open up auxiliary progs.

The folders change colour based on your last visited date (cookies). If you don't accept cookies or clear them out all the time, then it won't work for you.

I thought I had email notification enabled, but I never get any email as to items I have replied to
It is not going to either my Inbox or my Spam box on gmail.com ... so it does not work

My cookies are enabled, and I don't ever clear them out.

My folders never change color. Is it because I'm using Opera?

EDIT: So I saw some orange folders. But the folders next to the threads I post in are never orange.
